General E-mail Information
Below is a quick list of the important information you will need in order to correctly configure your e-mail program.  Remember, if you need help you can always contact our technical support staff during regular business hours.

All Mail Servers: (Incoming POP3, and Outgoing SMTP)
Your mail server is directly related to your e-mail address.  For example, if your e-mail address is "info@cwo.com" then your mail server will be "mail.cwo.com".

User Name (or Account Name):
You chose your user name when you first activated your Internet account.  Your user name is the very first part of your e-mail address (before the @).  Your user name will be 8 characters or less.

Password:
You chose your password when you first activated your Internet account with CWO.  Your password is a maximum of 8 characters.  You can change your password by e-mailing us at support@cwo.com or by calling us at 1-916-231-1680.
